who's comin' to dome then?

i'm really lookin forward to the dome tomorrow - the last one was top class

although there were probably only a couple of hundred people there, the music was so good (nearly!) all night that the floor was constantly busy and the atmosphere was fantastic

thing is, imho there's loads of oldies nights in london at the moment, but it's so good to have more than one night to hear new, rare and forgotten sounds - across the board - keeping our scene moving forward in the same way that lifeline is in the north

so who's comin'?

I lived there for ten years, and moaned that london needed an oldies night. There were too many playing the same tunes.

Think thats why I enjoyed Bisley so much. Some great oldies, loads I hadnt heard in years.

i'm too scared to answer this cos i think i would upset some promoters who wouldn't consider that their nights are "oldies nites"

start a topic "where are good oldies nights in london" and i'll contribute, cos then i'd be complimenting rather than seeming to criticise

anyway, loved the last dome......heard lots of fresh tunes
