Monarch-pressed Lps?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if the usual delta numbering system can be used for dating LPs as well as 45s?

11457 means 1956 I believe, but looking at the LP, it seems a bit later than that.

Now that is a question and a half.

I see no reason why not, but I obviously don't know.

I have a couple I'll have a look to compare.

I'm sure that one is on Hot Wax.

Here you are

The X Denotes the B Side, this has 1972 on the Label.

This one has both the "Mastering By Frankford/Wayne Phila" STAMP & the (MR) Monarch Stamp.

Has 1973 on the Label.
