Souleful, I'd never heard "Nobody home". I saw it was from 76.

Vigon -born Abdelghafour Mouhsine in Rabat, Maroc- had some quality stuff released during the period 65-72. At the time there were mostly 45 (EP's & singles), but he got one LP "Greatest hits". Here's the French edition :

Good call...great track, and ironic that it sounds more 'Mirwood' than Bob & Earl's original version!

Yeah, I've got that one too on Egg, I think. I've played it a few times. One of his best tracks, but his Eddie Purrell cover is his best Northern track imo.
