A fence has been erected all around the building with a security guard based inside.It looks as if demolition of the building is about the commence very soon. Get those cameras out quick!!!! Rod our mate Kev Will took some pictures last week from inside the Highland Room, he managed to get the old notice board and some of the tartan wall covering. Originally one of the largest custom built properties for the Mecca organisation when opened in 1965 , the demolition of the Locarno building is scheduled to fully commence during the first two weeks in December ..........
