May I offer you a tiny piece of advice Matt? Put 'approx' prices wanted on these 2, otherwise people have no idea what to offer - definitely helps me when I put stuff up for offers - this immediately eliminates people who won't pay the kinda price you need or anything near it and also gives people who are genuinely interested a better idee what kinda price is required - ok? Saves everybody a bit of time / effort........
