    Eddie Parker - I'm Gone
  1. Probably. A new play soon became an oldie due to the huge availability of new finds that were quickly played to death and then classed as oldies. The oldies to me in those days were wheel & torch sounds. Everyone has their own interpretation.
  2. John leach, Gwen Owens, Mood Mosaic and a few more all main ballroom sounds predominantly. Surely? No that it matters now 40+ years on.
  3. Geoff I'm only having a laugh. I know it's not Ian as he's banned from soul source. Thanks for your info. You don't have to explain yourself to me. Great podcast by the way. Listening in now. Mick
  4. Chris None of these are on ebay. Are you sure you've loaded them up?
  5. Frankie & The Damons - The Man From Soul http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bEV-4xp5LA The Jerms - I'm A Teardrop http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yb7Q9GJoCY
  6. Stanley Mitchell - Get It Baby Superfast? Speed session? It's a beat ballad compared to some of the 45s quoted on here.
  7. France's Nero Keep on Lovin' me Soul I didn't know that Nero belonged to the French either. You learn something every day.
  8. The guy on the right is Dane Cromer (RIP) from Blackpool. He did have a brother called Ricky Cromer. Sadly RIP as well. Can't remember anyone from the poulton/blackpool area called China though.
