  1. Thank you everyone that came & supported our event on Sunday, we really appreciate your choosing Soulchoons to spend such a hot, hot day. Danny & I couldn't do this on our own & I want to thank everyone that helped make the day, all the DJs that gave up their time without any recompense, again, thank you, much appreciated. Special thanks to Sam Evans, Andrew Baskett, Howard Bevan, Kev Farley,Nick Chandler for providing a lot of much needed assistance setting up, for the use of their equipment & for making the rooms look exceptional, I love you all xx Not forgetting Susan Clegg & her sisters for holding the door & dishing out sweeties. £5307 goes to the Alder Hey Charity. I didn't get chance to speak to everyone on Sunday so apologies if I missed you but I hope to catch up with everyone soon xx

  13. There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said, except my own personal thanks, firstly to Rod & Danny, with those 2 around there was no way this event wasn't gonna happen, and I'm so glad it did, what a day, I'm still recovering. thanks to all the DJs in both rooms, I was torn at times, the quality of music in both rooms was amazing. thanks to the people that gave us a hand on the door, them wristbands can be diddly to fit at times! and thanks to everyone that came, it was you that created the fabulous atmosphere from the minute the doors opened. would we do it again? He'll yes! like Danny said - watch this space, thanks again, Carol x
  14. Less than a fortnight to go now & just a few bits to sort, food will be available on the day in the form of sandwiches, which will be available behind the bar, and a hotdog stand just off the main room, there are lots of cafes, restaurants & take-aways near by for anyone wanting something different. Am looking forward to this & dreading it in equal measure, just as I was the final Soulchoons@theMill, but it will be great to see everyone & raise funds for a charity that Chris cared for so much. DJ times to follow but I'll leave that to Rod & Danny ;) Carol
