Just a quick story about this. first of all i never heard of this track, early on in the month i was in detroit, to cut a long story short this 45 was passed around from one to the other and nearly ended up in the bin, i stated you throwing that away- the reply was yes any good to you, even though i did not know this i said yes. now on my return back home and unpacking the 45s i came back with i was there cleaning them all up and playing them on my turntable i then came across this rufus wonder 45 and for some strange reason i decided to put this with a pile of other 45s and not been to fussed to listen and clean. but only this week i was sorting some 45s to sell and then came across again i then decided to give it a spin-- WHAT AWESOME SOUND all i could think of was the great escape " that bin in detroit" and no guessing where it is now - in my dj box.

Thanks carl also i will have more info on that little dream of ours hopefully more detail when i get back.

Hi Carl so you did it mate -- and joined, a very big welcome. your music is brill, ive just had a thought, has you know iam off to detroit in october and hopefully going to re-form a detroit group from the 60s if i can get them back in a studio are you intrested in writing some stuff for them. i will email you more details about this idea. theres no more new news yet about viscounts fourtops i will keep you informed.

Dave is right there are 3 of them.. i will be in detroit in october and will be visiting ivy jo motown singer and writter at his home, i will ask him dave about that wingate question. Don't stop loving me is awesome another great track is "where are you". he also did a version of "I'll always love" you which i play now and then. ivy is a great singer and songwritter. last time he was over i gave him my copy of dancing in the streets so he could get it gold plated.

i agree if the label is worn and it stills plays ok that will do for me. know one forces myself to buy these worn 45s and i pay what i want to pay for them. has for djing it looks like you can't win. if i played a bootleg you will get a moan slagging me off or if its a case of playing a 45 original with a little crackle then you still get a moan. from my own point of view i would rather play originals then bootlegs. the next question is do the crowd really care what the dj is playing a boot or a original has long has they are dancing and having a good night.

Hi Tomo still cant get this to work has well, ive down load it like stated, it saves has file get video. when i open it ask me what program i want to open it with i click on flv player then box pops up but nothing. i was wondering when do i need to convert file to open.

Hi i think you done the right thing, and thats what he thought he would do. ebay should crack down on these guys. ive had a problem also paid for an item but never arrived, and his feedback states other buyers have same problem never recived item but some others arrived and happy, its like what you stated must sold far below value.

I WON A ITEM AT THE END OF APRIL, PAYMENT WAS SENT AND THE MEMBER CONFIRMED JUST RECIVED PAYMENT AND WILL SHIP OUT THE 45RPM. WELL WEEKS DOWN THE LINE STILL NO 45RPM ARRIVED. SENT EMAIL TO INDIANA BUT NO REPLY, AGAIN SENT EMAIL BUT STILL NO REPLY. I THEN REPORTED THIS TO EBAY. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN A EMAIL WAS SENT STATING THAT PC HAS BEEN DOWN AND WILL SHIP OUT THIS ITEM . THAT WAS ON JUNE 2ND. STILL NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AGAIN 2 EMAILS SENT BUT NO REPLY. I NOTICED ON INDIANA'S FEEDBACK THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER BUYERS. BUT ON OTHERS WINNING ITEMS HAVE BEEN SENT AND RECIVED WITH FEEDBACK LEFT. I FIND THIS STRANGE? MAYBE ON SOME 45S HE WANTS MORE PRICE THEN THE FINAL WINNING BID, THEN DECIDES NOT TO SEND ITEM THEN IN A FEW MONTHS TRY AGAIN AND RE- PLACE ITEM ON EBAY.
