"Flipside" - the new Sunday Chill-Out for Yorkshire. 

Playing all manner of soulful music on original vinyl: R&B, Acid Jazz, Soul, Ska, Funk, Rare Groove, Northern Soul, Jazz, New Modern Productions etc

We are now in a new, modern, stylish, venue serving award winning Indian food - BCA Indian Restaurant of the Year 2015 for Yorkshire and Humberside.

Indian Buffet at only £4.95 per head plus drinks promotions too with ample free parking right outside for those in the restaurant. It's a social event so bring the family and meet up with friends.

Starts from 1pm till 7pm.

The first of many various events from the York Mod collective called 'Flipside',

Superbly put Dekka. It will be like a 'Magic Bus' 'Magical Mystery Tour' ride with great food and even greater company.

The 'View' on Google Maps is a really old 360° shot. The venue has been totally refurbished inside and out just a couple of years ago.

Flipside is the first event for this new Mod collective @ Jaipur Spice, Haxby Road, York - Sunday 13th March 2016 1pm - 7pm.
Playing Acid Jazz, Ska, British R&B, Latin Soul, Northern Soul, Rare Groove, Funk, Motown, 60's R&B, Jazz, Modern productions.

Food promotions to include buffet @ £4.95 per head. Jaipur Spice is a multi award winning restaurant and are the current BCA Indian Restaurant of The Year 2015 for Yorkshire & Humberside. This is a social chill-out event for people to meet and bring family and friends. There is ample free parking.

Just about to go down to Jaipur Spice to sort out what will be on the menu for the buffet at £4.95.

 

They have also said they have taken bookings over the phone for about 30 people. It's going to be fun and very tasty.

Thats great news mate, we have tremendous interest and support on facebook so probs maybe wise for peeps to book a meal if they are coming

Just had details of what will be available for the food promo at the princely sum of £4.95 per head:

STARTER CHOICE:

Onion Bhaji or Lamb Samosa or Vegetable Pakora.

MAIN COURSE CHOICE - includes Pilau Rice or Naan Bread:

"FLIPSIDE" Chicken (Massala style) or Special Chicken Dopiaza (Apna style) or Special Meat Jalfrezi (Apna style)

DRINKS:

Pint of Lager / Glass of Red or White Wine / Coffee / Tea - all at slightly reduced prices. Not massive savings but better than nothing. Enjoy the savings on the food!

And while I'm posting this Liverpool have just gone 2 - 0 up against Man Utd. C'mon The Super Reds of Merseyside #ynwa - Just had to get that in lol!

That's a good call Dekka in order for folk to avoid disappointment.

So ring the restaurant and book if you can folks. It gives them a chance to plan and helps avoid delays etc.
