Our guest DJ's are now all confirmed.  A great selection representing several clubs.  Eddie King runs Leigh Miners.  Derek Goman and Paul McDougall are joining us from Irlam Soul Club.  We have our young Amy Haslam  coming along from Farnworth Cricket Club.  Our final guest DJ this month is Spencer Dunlavey who comes all the way from London's busy soul scene.

We will let you know later in the month if we have anything else in store for you.

We welcome back Graham with his Soul and 60's styled Art Prints.  Graham has been a frequent attendee ( amongst many clubs) over the years.  Regulars to the club will be familar with his work - they've been adorning our Main Hall walls for several years.  

We are just waiting for final confirmation on a couple more information notices, hopefully I will be able to let you all know later this evening or tomorrow. 

One last important note to those travelling by car, if there is space available on the car park to the right hand side of the club please use it.

If you're at a loose end this evening we have a Christies charity event on at The Black Horse in Farnworth.  Starts about 8ish, free entrance but please help us out by buying a couple of raffle tickets. All for a good cause, as many of our regulars know these evenings in the pub have raised thousands of pounds over the past several years.  Our friends from Madrid have thankfully landed safely after a few hiccups along the way due to this weeks storm and will be joining us for a great Farnworth/Walkden evening of hospitality and warm up before the main event tomorrow.

Good morning everyone.  I know quite a few people are aware George was taken ill last night and spent several hours at Bolton hospital.  All is now ok and today goes ahead as planned with a little extra help from our friends to do the final set up.    Anyhow we will be raising money today at the legion for Christies, we had far too many raffle prizes last night so a raffle will go ahead today.
