Darnall Horti Soul Club

Our second Friday night bash of 2017, and our 8th anniversary event. Yes, it's flown by, but it's been eight years since we embarked on our journey to seek out and bring to you the finest rare and underplayed soul music, always only on original vinyl, with the best DJs we could find. This month we welcome the original founder of Darnall Horti' Soul Club, Gary Smith. The Horti was Gary's brainchild, and here we are, eight years on, still demonstrating that quality soul music has no equal. Alongside Gary we have our friend Mick Waddington, one of the Horti's staunchest supporters and owner of a cracking collection. To celebrate this fantastic landmark date, we intend that all proceeds, including door receipts, will be donated to Weston Park Hospital. So, if anyone has anything they would like to donate to our raffle, please bring it along. We will continue to run on the 3rd Friday of the month, from 8.00pm to 12.30am and entry is still only £3. Why not come along and enjoy great and knowledgeable company, excellent beers and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
