......... Both songs, Gloria and Jimmy's, were done in the 60's...Yes, the intro on Jimmy's 3 minute version of Blowing my mind was part of the original arrangement. It is an unusal intro with respect to the rest of the song...except in the ending bridge where Jimmy is sort of speaking and singing with a string arrangement that reflexs the introduction opening...........The Bob Relf version did not appear until the mid or late 70's or 80's....the intro was removed via an edit without my approval from my original tracks.......and it became popular in the UK and I have to give Bob credit for the popularity................................Lou

We are in the process of releasing the original 3 minute version of Gone with the wind is my Love by Gloria Jones ...and the backside of the Tiara tune "You're my Man......on a 7" vinyl record..... might do it on my label or do a license deal with a UK company if the deal is right.........Same with Blowing my mind to Pieces by Jimmy McFarland, both the vocal and the backing track of Blowing my mind.....on a 7" vinyl record...might do it on my label or do a license deal if the deal is right........appreciate any offers by any reputable company in the UK loubarreto.socal@gmail.com LouBarreto

Good news. Ebay has sent me an email on February 6 and they have officially removed the item from their website due to IP infringement......................we are still looking into the matter to find out who is behind this illegal activity.....Hopefully, there will be some answers this week.............Lou

Hello Everyone..... Thanks for your support and feedback about the illegal vinyl recording of Gloria Jones tune "Gone with the wind is my Love" that was on sale at Ebay....Would not have known about it without your concern and feedback.......Yes, I have put in a lot of time, hustle, and monies to make and promote the CD album. and suddenly I have to deal with these illegal un-authorized copies of Gloria's Tune...and the stress of it all..But that is business, I guess...Somehow, all things will work together for good to those who are Believers, said the Apostle Paul. Again, thanks for your support and concern. I will keep you posted concerning any future vinyl releases that are schedule....I am In the process of doing several radio phone interviews this month concerning the CD Album that is out there for sale. Tony.......Trust Me, we were in the studio with the real Gloria Jones of "Tainted Love" for almost 3 hours until we got the sound out of her that we wanted, from line to line..........The sound we got out of Gloria was a new sound, a new Gloria Jones.....................Your right....it did not sound like any of Gloria's other songs such as Tainted Love..............................Lou
