Agentsmith's Achievements

  1. Early doors and busy, good support from the locals, and some faces in who've not been here before so, the message spreads, 16 years of providing great entertainment, regardless of the competition.
  2. Some pics, including prep
  3. TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW. IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE FROM ME, YOU CAN DO SO BY CONTACTING ME: HERE ON FB VIA EMAIL: robhaigh2011alive.co.uk Txt/phone to 07749683272 Or on whatsapp.
  4. Without doubt, now the most popular and highly anticipated Sunday event on the Calendar!, this will be the 11th time it has been held...always the climax to the Month of July. 7 years running, hotel accommodation has SOLD OUT, well in advance and as of today, very few rooms are available so, the advice is...dont sleep! Alternately, recommended places to stay outside of the Dunk have been mentioned prior to previous events...check the SITP website for details. A stellar line-up of djs across 3 rooms, bringing the very best of soul music, past and present, to the turntables, trade stalls will be present too. 3 licensed bars and restaurant ( dinner can be booked but reservations limited ) The Dunkenhalgh Hotel and Spa is situated just off J7 M65, and within easy access of M60,M61, M66 and M6 networks... Plenty of parking available ( car registration at reception for permit )
  5. Drinks, seated and......RELAX!
  6. Lkke Easter, April's date is a week earlier than normal, just about time for a breather after March's busy night!....great turnout again and new faces from far afield....that's a tribute to just how good this event and venue are....16 years now and still going strong...dosn't matter what else arrives on the doorstep THE CHURCH still holds its own and has a very loyal following. Guest this time is another local but a regular attendee, who just so happens to have a great set of tunes too, Mr. TERRY EDWARDS. Its a guarantee you will always hear a different selection of tunes, right across the board from residents, RUSS & MARK, thats what makes this a great night out in heart of Shropshire...16 years of Shrewsbury, doing it right!️️️️️
  7. Lots of views again...could that be because there's nothing else on this Saturday, Shropshire or West Midlands wise? Anyway, this venue can be reached via A5, A53, A49 and M54 if your attending in the car, its that simple!, even the train station is just a 5 minute walk away!....if you fancy a stopover.
  8. As always, The earlier arrival, the better. Seating at a premium as is dancefloor space!, february's event was close to a full house, which is great to see as the the Church moves into its 16th year. Plenty of parking space and competitive bar prices. The venue is less than 5 mins from Shrewsbury town centre. Anyone considering making a weekend of it which, is always worthwhile, accommodation can be found via Travelodge, Premier Inn and Holiday inn, and a host of other independant hotels and guest houses...look online for the best deals!
  9. Well, there were a few djs getting emidiscs cut, became a popular and cheap way of gaining access to the big sounds being played, deffo up to around 78/9 i reckon. Never seen an emi of the Belles band...only the first of the ss acetates. I'm pretty sure i enquired with Ady as to why it hadnt appeared on either of the Mirwood/Keymen cd comps he put out, a number of years ago now....but, as i said, Simon did a deal with Randy Wood snd when i asked him ( Simon ) he said he still had the backing track so....probably what was being looked for in their archive but they couldnt fjnd it.
