    Pumping Hearts on Tour

Thanks to John and Mick we play our style of music in the conservatory on both Friday and Saturday night. Myself and one of my residents Stephen Lloyd will be there to entertain you till the early hours then you can join the main room for the rest of the night. A great atmosphere always guaranteed at this weekender due to the location and the attendees. It is one of the oldest established weekenders in the calendar and annually goes from strength to strength mainly due to the hard working hosts. 3 rooms of music await the travelers with oldies in the main room a modern room and of course a Pumping Hearts room, Hope to see you all who want a mini break with your type of music blasting out for your enjoyment.
  4. Always a great night at this brilliant venue so if you have not had chance to get there give it a try, you will not be disappointed...
  5. Just to answer a question on face book it's not all ticket you can pay on the door . It's just 10 quid for 10 hours of quality tunes that keep you dancing all night. The DJ line up should speak for its self .. so if you know them you will know what a fantastic night is in stall for everyone who attends there will be classics along with stuff not played out at any regulations venues all for your enjoyment from the rarest of the rare to some oldies that you have forgotten all about. Guaranteed top dancing tunes from 8 till 6 if the legs can take it .... jamo
  6. just poking my nose in for a moment, but the club did say that they could do coffee and bacon sarnies for the crowd if needed but I have not arranged anything so if it appeals please speak to the bar staff on arrival and you never know what may happen. They are really happy to have our custom so you never know. Hope you all have a great night
  7. Looking forward to this one. Never played at Go Go before but been a dancer loads of times and always a great night. Very honored to be asked and will bring a bit of my Pumping hearts style to the room.

  11. Had to change to a Friday for this month due to England playing Wales tomorrow in the world cup so a one off allnighter with a full weekend to recover LOL Just one or two comments that I have lifted from our face book page "Well after a bit of recovery time and some well needed kip, I'd just like to say: I've been looking forward to this nighter for a while, after a chatting with Mr.James at Radcliffe he assured me that the music policy here would be right up our street, and boy it did not disappoint! Not only was the music BRILLIANT! It was a pleasure to share the dance floor with some awesome, like minded people, all helping to make the atmosphere second to none! It was hard to believe that this was your first allnighter! The turn out was great and the dance floor busy all night! (without being uncomfortable) And amazing to see every single DJ sharing the same passion as the dancers! So if anyone's reading this that loves their soul with a bit of bollocks, and didn't make it there last night, i suggest you get your asses to the next one! Its definitely on my fav's list already! Well done to Colin James, Chris Davies and the rest of the people involved! You definitely nailed it!.......... We shall definitely be returning!" I knew I was in trouble at midnight after 2 wardrobe changes! Heat was up all nite. Musically atmosphere and temperature too. Top nite with top people Really enjoyed it, music was top notch all night. Cheers to everybody involved with this great little club. It's deffo up there as one of my fav venues What a top night, everything was right! Cracking little venue, Top music being played, exactly as he told me..."cutting edge" plus an appreciative crowd in, 'cos we're on the same wave length...... saying thanks seems a bit flat, but this niter is for me now is a "No brainer" up there with a few others Need I say more !!!!

  16. Thanks to all our loyal supporters for another great night of soul music and friendship. The dance floor was a bit slow to start but by heck did it soon get going, and the night finished with a lot of sweaty people with tired legs. Fantastic crowd and a pleasure to play music to. Hope to see you all at the next one on 3rd September .
  17. First night of what looks like a great new venue congratulations to Gas Lees for finding another top spot for northern soulies to get out and dance. Talking of dancing what a brilliant floor absolutely no need for talk , it's as good as the tower ball room at Blackpool. Music was across the board and everyone had a great time . Well done to everyone involved, looking forward to the next one.
  18. Yes fun starts at 8 and we go through till 1am .
  19. Its that time again when we gather at the Hill and Cakemore liberal club for a night of soul music that you don't get to hear very often. We play the music that we all danced to 30 odd years ago at the wheel, the cats, the torch, and the casino. Memories keep flooding back and the dance floor keeps rocking . So if this is your type of soul music and you love to dance, come and join us for some solid dance music and enjoy !!!
  20. Annette is having her birthday on the night so hope everyone turns up to give a great night to remember. See you on the dance floor
  21. Don't forget all you soul loving people, the 76 club is back for another night of wonderful oldies played for you by Snowy, Scotty, Ja-Mo and Gaz Lees. We play music from the wheel, cats, casino, torch with a bit of Motown thrown in between and any requests that you want. So see you there for another great night
