Hi, That's not a problem. Went looking in some boxes last night but couldn't find it. Definitly got a copy and have still a couple of boxes in the loft to look through. I'll do that tonight and get back to you.

There's a demo on ebay. A bit pricy though at £250 in my opinion as I got mine for £30 a couple of years back.
