  1. I've noticed the "Mark Forum As Read" link doesn't immediatly change the display, although a refresh of the page does clear it. It may be unconnected to the upgrade, but thought I'd mention it.
  2. I grabbed the html pages from a site in 2000 - it covers 501 - 1400 but only in a list form, ie. no images, and no mention of the demos. If any use to you , I can zip it to you. Cheers Mick
  3. Hi Mal, yes it was, and still is my copy, although I withdrew it from sale a few years back.
  4. I almost hate to mention him, as the other record will spring to mind, however Paul Anka. I refer to "Can't Help Loving You" and only that song.
  5. Such a shame, really sag news.
  6. Only remember it covered up as Lenny Curtis - Not Another Day - I bought Sam's copy as this.
  7. Just listened to all three, and the Harthon 2000 release is indeed chopped around, and editied to be much longer (two inst breaks). However the Beatin' Rhythm from 2012 and this new one both seem to be the same, just the new on being remastered and slightly longer at the fade out. Here's the Beatin' Rhythm for comparison. Just noticed the full title has changed on the new one - "The World" becomes "A World".
  8. I think we are both referring to the same video on Facebook - very high bass on the recording, probably done on a mobile. I just felt it was the Superlatives, but the vocals were so low due to the way the video was recorded it could be a female version.
  9. I thought that was another male version (I heard it about five months ago if we're talking about the same version) Sounds like the Superlatives
  10. I saw a post recently (Facebook?) where someone had put up a version of Otis Lee - Hard Boat To Row, which was mixed with Talking Heads (I think !). I didn't listen to it, and I'm not sure these are the correct details, but it worh a search. It was abour a week ago I saw it,
  11. There's a version with a psychedelic type intro that's been around for ages on sound files. It's credited to Richard Parker but that's probably made up. It's not the same backing, but a different recording. There is also a sing-a-long of this version with just backing singers. I;ve just found the Ernest clip. It is the same as the version I referred to above.
