hi every one friday the 1st of june was the last night of bentinck soul club ...due to a lack of support after just over 11yrs of great nights at bentinck ..i decided tonight was the last night ..iam gutted but i was kidding my self that the crowds would return ..they have not ,,so bye bye bentinck ...just like to thank all the djs who have played at this venue over the last 11 yrs ...also a big big thanks to every one who has attened the venue over the years love you all ...and also because this was not planned to close tonight ..i will ring all the djs that i have booked for the next 6months to let them no bentinck is finnished ..like i said iam gutted ...but i have enjoyed your company over the years ..and now is time to relax and enjoy the soul scene with out the stress of running a venue ...bye to bentinck ..and bye to all ... thanks ...( pete bentinck soul club ).xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi to all who run this great venue ..gr8 room gr8 floor gr8 music well done lads keep up the good work ..gr8 to see a lot of old faces i havenot seen for a while...if you thinking should i try this venue or not ..well all i can say is gr8 crowd in this time and with a bit of people putting the word around its going to be a gr8 venue and you will enjoy the night .all being well i will be there next time and i no a few others will too so well done ..gaz ..bryn..trev..and kev .. and dont for get folks bentinck 3rd friday every month .. pete x

. hi pete and sue ..it will be great for you to come back to visit the bentinck ,,and you are djing too so it looks like you will have a great night all round ... hi to everyone else it looks like being a fantastic night again at bentinck ..and 2 good things about this one is one the special charity night for cancer research.it will touch most of us during our lives family ,relatives and so giving a bit on this night will help beat the bugger...and the other thing about friday is 7 great years with all of you out there that been to this great friendly venue..and if you was there last year we raised hundreds of pounds .with the big help of john poole putting some exelent prestayne prizes up for a auction..and i hope we beat the total this year..theres top prizes again to be won from the bridlington crew ..skeggy crew,,and prestayne crew..and metrodome passes from the soul crew.and hopefully more..all for £1.00 per strip ,theres 5 to a strip so if you win 1 prize you still got another 4 chances to win ..so what ever prize you win it will be a great bargin ..and remember all the money collected and door entry money will go to this good course..we hope to be there thou i have not been any where for a while.. good luck to cressy and gaz ..sorry if i dont make it lads but i no u will understand if i dont get ..have a great night to all .. pete x
