We're thinking of a members only after 10.30pm to deter the pub leavers. How have you solved this problem at your venue (we can't afford a brace of doormen and I really don't want to go down that road anyway.) Any advice welcome. Andy Link to comment

Andy link at the greatstone we have just one bouncer who is very good at keeping the piss heads out, how about a club badge or actual membership cards the badges are faily cheap i had 300 made (pin badge) came to about 70p each with vat you could then sell them as memberships to cover costs. mark Link to comment
