Not sure if it's what you want but you can get the 12" reissued very cheap.

looking for an original copy!

Have you tried contacting mark @ resolution records. Hes pretty good at getting disco stuff. Also I'm not sure it came out on a 45". Ruddy good track that.

definitely came out on 45 m8...i have one, albeit a cracked copy :glare:

Really! Bummer about the crack. Have only ever seen 12"s. Nice.

A copy of the 45 sold last week on eBay for close to $250. I remember because I bid on it. Until that auction, I too only thought it was a 12" release. Great record, also compiled on the Kings of Disco (Part B) compilation on BBE. Best of luck on your search.

well, i placed a bid as well...

anyway: not necessarily looking for the super rare 45. i would be also happy with the 12''.

anyone...?

It's all about the 12" for me. Patrick Adams is a god. And that label design is very very cool. Proper indie disco that rocks the floor! Love it!

Yeah, I lost the auction too. I saw that it was at $10 with a day left and thought it might slip under the radar. It's such a killer song, it's worth the money to me if the 7" is so rare that some don't know it exists but I didn't wanna hijack your post. A DJ mixing in and out of songs would certainly benefit from the longer 12" mix. Those wanting a shorter version can go for the 7". It's just nice to know that both mediums exist as each is fit for its own kind of DJ. Such is often the case with good disco records pressed on both 7" & 12". Awesome music regardless.

Best of luck on your search!

The added bonus of the 12" Is the White card sleeve that is so sturdy that you could stop a bullet! Eeeee, they don't make em like they used too.

just run into it after sorting thru some records to dj with, its actually only a minor crack on the intro so not too sad, cant believe its going for as much as $250 tho! think this one cost $40 about 3 years ago and i then missed a mint one for about $25 not so long after! oh well....

Have you been on dj history mate? That's where the disco types are at. Do you want me to ask on there for you?
