We are proud to announce the 7th 45 release by Gillespie & Co for FUNK NIGHT records, Detroit run by Frank Raines which this time round features the wonderful voice of Tricia Bailey from Gloucester and Chris Lujan (Lugnut Brand Records) from California on Hammond organ, guitar and bass

Tricia Bailey  is a local singer for her church 'The New Testament Church Of God’ nearby to where Andrew Gillespie AKA Gillespie & Co lives, writes  and records music. 

For a good few years now Andrew Gillespie has had the idea of covering the poem turned famous hymn  All Creatures Great And Small’ into a Gospel style funk soul song. Some of the hymns original lyrics for the chorus  have been altered by Andrew Gillespie’s own so to better fit the groove written and arranged  by Andrew Gillespie

“All Things Bright and Beautiful” is a Christian hymn. The words are by Cecil Frances Alexander and were first published in her Hymns for Little Children.
