The Funky Breaks and Beats Show has been running for 9 years solid and covers a diverse selection of soulful funky sounds from the 60s to the present date and can be found at GFM 96.6 on the radio in and around Gloucester or on the internet at www.gloucesterfm.com The all vinyl selection covers rare grooves, dancefloor funk, soulful disco, boogie, latin and Jazz grooves every Thursday evening from 7pm to 9pm. With Djs Ade Simpson and Howie Jackson on rotation and guest Djs invited in to fray the selection is always diverse but soulful, both Classic and contempory, rare, raw or sophisticated, check it out.
