The piano is lovely and we can forgive the schmaltzy strings just about. Not so sure about Jackie Edwards on this. His performance reminds me of Jamaican crooners like Winston Groovy. Had a tape of Winston's once and I have to admit did play it in the car a lot, but gave it away thankfully to an engineer. Unfortunately it came back and I finally presented it along with a $2 first Walkman to a friend's 3 year-old- en route to San Jose.

This sounds the same to me. i have this version on the lp and atco single the version i have on piccadilly demo is different, i,ll try to put up a sound file tomorrow
