Debbie And The Ladds

can someone please tell me what is the difference between Debbie and the lads dear lord above  on ladd 104 and Debbie and the ladds  on ladd 104 apart from the obvious as there is two different addresses both in new Orleans under  the ladd logo as well as two  d's in the name in the second one surely somebody must know if my copy is a second ,first issue or a recent pressing

 

please help both records can be seen on popsike Debbie and the lads (offset label) and Debbie and the ladds perfect in every way
