Timeless Legend “(Baby) Don’t Do This To Me” (Black Forest) VG £600
One of the finest of all Ohio soul releases. (Plays well – light marks only – with label wear and small wol.)

Heem & the Music Monsters “Wake Up People / Piece Of The Rock” (Blood Leaf) strong VG+ £700
Thumping modern soul monster with hard funky drums. It also has a good flip, and one of the best label designs of all time. (The grade is VG+ because of some light surface marks, but both sides play great.)

Hamilton Brothers “Music Makes The World Go Round” (Charlies) VG++ £50
An excellent 70s spin, that deserves to be embraced.

Unique “Here We Go Again / Don’t You Be No Fool” (Col-La-Soul) VG £200
Both songs - midtempo 70s soul and a strong ballad - are beautifully heartfelt and have a strikingly similar feel to the group’s Columbus, OH colleagues Wee. (Surface marks only, nothing deep, clean labels.)

Chosen Few “I’m Alone / Ooh! I Want You Baby” (Faces) M- £50
Nice modern mover from this bizarre and eclectic label, with a funkier flip.
