LITTLE DOOLEY MISPRESS?

Recently bought a copy of Its Got To Be Now Or Never on North Bay and have just got round to actually spinning it.

To my surprise it is a completely different soul funk 70's Stevie Wonder type affair, does anybody know what this is?

Have had a quick google and can't find anything about a mispress
