Double Decker Disco

Sorting some old papers out and came across the wife's old Wheel and Torch membership cards + the one listed above.

It's yellow, dated on the top 27.11.70 with some sort of motif in the top r'h corner. The strange thing is under the Double Decker Disco title it reads " This ticket to be exchanged with waitress for evening meal or to be deducted from the grill menu" - yeah, like we were going to be eating!!!!!

Overleaf it simply says FRIDAY with the written number 178.

I can only think this is a 'Blue Orchid' card. Can anyone confirm?
