Unknown Artist - If It's Alright

Probably been done to death a million times, but can anyone shed any light on the unknown artist track 'If It's Alright' on there?

If Mr Manship drops in on this thread, maybe you could tell us the story behind it, as I believe you sold it on to him?

Does Keb still own it? If not, who does?

Is it as the sleeve note implies a one-off acetate?

It's not the most polished track I've ever heard, but it just has that something for me, and sounds amazing cranked up loud.

Haven't listened to the CD for a while, but it just seemed to grab me this time.
