Hello does anyone know anything about this record

THE HOPEFULS-ONE SWEET KISS B/W STAND BY AND CRY-CARDINAL C 3038 Belgium issue.

I picked it up about a year ago and have just dug it out again and was curious to find out a bit more about it.

If anyone can tell me if they know this and if it got a us release or any info on the group that'll be great. I can't put a sound clip up BTW.
