Moody Label Scan

i have just bought a copy of the CD 'Groovesville Review' , its a goldmine soul supply release.

funny thing is that in the sleeve notes it shows a label scan of Melvin Davis 'Chains Of Love' on the red and white design with cat no GV-1003. Now I thought GV-1003 was Melvin Davis 'I Must Love You'

am I missing something here, or is this information wrong. can anyone shed any light on this for me...???
