Pete, myself and all involved with FHY, Dave Caffery Ian Wills Ged Parker Don Morris Christopher De Luen Jimmy Knowles Luke Brooks would like to wish you all a Happy New Year and hope that 2022 is a much better year for us all. Thank you for supporting us in the temporary club. Now the bad news, we have thought long and hard about this and have decided to cancel 8th January 2022 as St Joseph's Hall is closed, we will be speaking to the venue after the announcement however this will not give us anytime to be ready for the 8th. Our next date will be the April 9th and we hope that we will see you then. Pete and Liz

Right guys we have had a shite 24 hours. St Joseph's Hall is still closed anyway I had emailed a lot of clubs most were closed till September or booked. Good News is St Richards have phoned me just and FYH will be there I will post the address in a minute. The club looks lovely and they are a struggling club so we will do our bit to help them. First met Dave and Shirley 15 years ago at Ratcliffe Allnighter I remember thinking what a snappy dresser he was, always took time out to talk to people. A true gentleman that will be missed by so many. Sleep peacefully David. Our thoughts are with Shirley and family at this sad time. Liz n Pete

Like so many others earlier today we were shocked and saddened by the news of the passing of a truly lovely man and dear friend to many on the Northern Scene. Our special memory of you Grant Rankin will always be there and make us smile, on our wedding anniversary because Pete forgot the CD for our chosen record to walk into and you did a mercy dash to your car and grabbed the first CD you could lay your hands on but I'm blowed to this day if I know what we walked into. RIP Grant x Liz and Pete
