Happy New Year everyone. I hope your Yuletide and New Year celebrations have been plentiful and that the year ahead offers you good health, prosperity, happiness and endless photo opportunities.

To kickstart the new edition of the fabulous "Show us your great photos" thread, I offer not a pic but a video. We took this last night and it shows, in all its glory, the incredible firework display we offered our neighbours from the comfort of our balcony. If you watch the video you'll see our neighbours' fantastic fireworks going off in the background - and then there's ours. :(

This is what you get when you buy a box of mini fireworks from your local cheapskate supermarket (Albert Heijn) for the princely sum of 10 euros!  Still, it was so crap it was a laugh, which means it actually offered great value for money. I hope the vid of our box of damp balcony squibs also raises a smile with you.

    Happy New Year!

ohh arh thats s*it, make me laugh hope you new year does'nt fizzle out so easy

that's it sorry for the delay but looking at other things on soul source then had to play it three or four times first

does any one know what the record  is call with the words -i work my fingers to the bone (also ) this is the thanks i get.

it's by a woman singer and it's not the carol jiani tune, this is not a quiz just want to know whats it call so i can buy it is it on a cd?

  6. Door tax at £10 is purely to cover my expenses and all profits will go to my record charity "Bearsyneedsmoretunes"

The venue will hopefully be free and I've already got the "now this is Northern Soul 73 to 81" that will provide the sounds of the night.

Was thinking of doing a special "soul soup in a basket" at £5 for those hungry soulies after a hard dance lesson.

Only problem is I can't find a big enough venue as I feel the need of a 8,000 capacity (over 2 rooms) size venue for the quadrasoulias influx.

Will post more on here when venue is sorted and will be all ticket only and payment as gift via PayPal and please add 15% for fees.

    Yours richly

    Bearsy

wil come but busy this week

and next week not looking good and the week after ect.
