The highlight of the auction is the seemingly undocumented / unknown Trans Bay Central record out of San Jose, Ca. The group shared members with the San Jose Lowrider Band who's sole feature was on the sought after "The Incredible Lowrider Ball Live" LP. The A side is a polished uptempo 70s funk workout with excellent horns and modern tendencies -- ripe for the dance floor. The flip is a beautiful sweet soul track. I have an EX copy of this near mythical bay area monster -- A side is an excellent funk workout with beautiful sweet soul on the flip. There are only a few known copies and the single copy that showed up on ebay in the past 10 years went for just about $1600 in VG condition. Practically M- save for a few extremely light surface / paper scuffs and an ultra subtle dish (that i may actually be imagining!) that dnap. I'm asking $2000 or best offer.
