Andrew Welch, Gillian’s husband of 24 years, lives with Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 2 which is an hereditary progressive and debilitating illness which affects the nervous system and is life-changing. Andrew has lived in residential complex care since 2021. Our aim is to raise awareness and money for research into this cruel condition. Currently there is no cure. Sponsored by R A Dalton Ltd. Please come along and support Martin and maybe dance along with some great Northern Soul and Motown on the day. This Month's Guest DJ: Willow Doughty (Oakleigh Lodge, Nottingham) Most of the teething troubles have been ironed out and the first 2 events have been very well attended so I you want a seat it would be prudent to get there early. I have to point out that the bar in the room does not have a card reader so it's cash only I'm afraid. Caught a few out last month, including me.
