Historically we have a long running fundraising event normally run on the summer bank holiday Sunday & due to a lot of traffic on this date we have moved this year to October.. Supporting in 2024 Notts City Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nottingham Hospitals Charity number #1165397) Crohn's & Colitis UK (Charity number #1117148) Celebrating our 23rd anniversary in 2024 and the 13th year on the 2nd Saturday at Cotgrave, but this our Annual Charity All-dayer starting at 14:00 Confirmed DJs so far.. Kenny Sylvester, Mick Jay, Big Al, Martin Edwards, Geoff Stevens, Spiv, Mick Boyle, Kev Such, Simon Hunt, Mick Ball, Chris Lethridge, Martin Manning & Gaz Simpson -
Doors open 13:45 - Martin Manning and Chris Letheridge are going to kick start the 12th EVERY penny goes to charity event. No tickets required, we take cash on the door

Driving Beat Northern Soul Notts Celebrating our 23rd anniversary in 2024 and the 13th year on the 2nd Saturday at Cotgrave.. Fantastic DJ line-up Chris Lethbridge, Martin Manning, Mick Boyle & Mick Jay Spinning across the board 60s, 70s Northern Soul with an open box policy for the DJs Everything from Classics, RnB, current floor fillers as well as underplayed Motown… plus any requests on the night. This 450 capacity venue has a large maple sprung dance floor, air conditioning, a balcony & off street car parking. 19:30PM - 00:00AM (Doors open 19:15) -

Decent size venue with a good dancefloor, well stocked bar with friendly staff and good mix of tunes from the DJs. Seems the sound system suffered a bit of transit damage, but still a good night with a busy floor..

A big thankyou to everybody who turned out for this Tamla themed event, friends old and new, not forgetting the DJs for making this according to the feedback on the door "another quality night out." Our annual 'every penny goes to charity 10 hour all-dayer' moves from August in 2024 to Saturday 12th October and this year all monies will be split between Notts City Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nottingham Hospitals Charity number #1165397) & Crohn's & Colitis UK (Charity number #1117148)

It's NG12 3PJ for this one off 'Tamla Motown and Club Classics night' with DBSC @ Cotgrave Welfare The venue is fully airconditioned, has a large maple sprung dance floor, 450 capacity room with great acoustics coupled with the DBSC sound system which is top notch.
