  1. it doesn't mean he had 3 copies. ???????

and here was me thinking if he listed it more than once its because it didnt meet the reserve?? :D

I think you just got the answer the to your pre-empted statement.

SO I WAS NOT SEEING THINGS WHEN I BOUGHT MINE AND A FEW OF MY MATES BOUGHT THERES TOO FROM LEW

    CEST LA VIE

    THE G MAN

Had to email Lew Stanley about something else so I asked him about the box of Norwood Long. Below is the reply that his wife Marsha sent me.

Lew said in 1996 he bought a 30 count box in Phillidelpha. He has not had a copy in 5 years, but would love to buy some if you know of any.

    Thank you for the information.

  2. yep youre not jokin

    Don't be silly Ritchie,

I was thinkin more of sending someone round to sratch your Norwood Long to go with theat beat up copy of Timeless Legend

  3. sorry you feel that was negative Nev but I was actually having a joke with my mate WALLY

and the fact that Lew did have a box ..I cant see where the Negative came into it.

and what goes around ?? WTF is that all about

    I hope thats not a threat.... :D:lol::lol:

because If I wake up with a horses head in my bed ..my bird will go nuts at you

    for messing the duvet

    :lol::lol:

    the G man

Its a great record so someone please buy it and make Nev's day

I would if I didnt have it already. :(

I myself was mad keen to be on Lew Stanley's sales list subscription ...

Until it landed on the mat

i sent him an email asking if the prices were dollars and not pounds!

I bet if you emailed him and asked how much for a copy of Norwood Long he'd want more than £200 for set sale.

Unless your genuinely interested in a sale please don't post negative comments Ritchie.

What goe's around comes around

    Nev

p.s I bet theres more copies of LEE FIELDS-"TYRA'S SONG" (ANGLE THREE) in circulation than this :g:

    AJ Cabanellas AKA...TONY C

    and Steve Polwort

were the guys who had the Montclairs

from St Louis ...the same place it was made..

if memory serves me right..yes it was

Even when it was found they still sold at a high price due to demand.

Thier stock is long gone now and its rising in price again.

a million times better than Clara Hardy pish

so even if the is 100's of them

    look at the Cashmeres?????

still iin my top 3 records ever and supply and demand

strikes again..when did you see one not sell last?

  9. THATS WHAT i MEAN WHEN i SAID BLACK

SORRY i DID NOT OUT THE COLOUR OF THE TEXT DOWN

THESE WERE TURNED UP BY JOHN ANDERSON MAYBE 10 YEARS AGO HE WAS SELLING THEM ON HIS FRONT PAGE AT A TENNER EACH

    WHEN IT WAS RELATIVELY UNKNOWN.

    BEST GASHER

I HAD THE SAME COPY AS YOU HAVE TOO :wicked:

i never see pics of any that look like mine: black with pale silver lettering, plain type ROMARK across top (no logo)...so i am starting to wonder...
