Thanks for the invite to dj at this iconic venue with nearly two decades of history behind it,to follow in footsteps of Carl and the late Ian Gee sure makes me slightly nervous indeed but looking forward to a great night of soul ktf Gigs

Yes our first anniversary already even if proceedings were cut short by the covid thing,we don't care and are carrying on as normal. We have invited one of the country's top soul spinners Mick H to grace our decks and help make it a great night of Northern soul,Mick has one of the best collections and knows how to play em, for everyone,so why not join us,plz be early as seating/tables are taken up really quickly. Door price remains the same reasonable bar prices (talc friendly in very small amounts,anyone using it excessively will be given a brush n mop then asked to leave thank you)

There's a lot on this night,quite a few are doing Blackpool this weekend,we're still here if you don't fancy travelling that far,that's why we say come along if your free t,(you never know what's gonna happen with this government we could be locked down again for the winter)so get out and about while you can KTF Gigs

A massive thank you to everyone who made it to The Arkwright Centre, a few travelling from Peterborough,Leeds,notts,and can't forget to mention the ever faithful locals who always give us the support we need. Special thanks to our guest dj Carl Piper who said he felt like a fish out of water after such a long time away from the decks,but he gave the dancers what they wanted alright. Thanks to Paul Wright who looks very comfortable along side Pete H, together and separately they did a sterling job, glad he's part of the team. Thanks also to Kate on the door who did a great job too also the ladies behind the bar Biggest thanks go to you the crowd who made it all possible,the best crowd of people around,we will do it all again next month with special guest dj Ian Parker from Grantham until next time then KTF Gigs.

Yes as Pete rightly states we're back and welcome everyone back,we originally set up as a alternative night to all the (something different) or rare and under played nights (yawn) we leave that to all the purists,so basically just a no frills soul night where people can come along if they are free,we don't ask for more. By the amount of enquiries I've had it could be a busy night,large car park behind the adjacent two shops,large dancefloor,and reasonable bar prices,hope to see you there KTF Gigs
