What is a more realistic value? I'm guessing about £250-275.

It seems to fluctuate, I've been late on copies in the past 12 months for between £250 and £350 in nice condition. I've had a few folk pm me asking me to make an offer and it seems over £400 is what they want and in one case way over that. Does the fact that 3 or 4 people asking for it at roughly the same time drive up the value so much or is it greediness? (Not having a pop at anyone there by the way). I know when selling we all like the best deal but I'd like to think there's an element of fairness that exists, there certainly has been with 99% of my purchases.

I'll happily pay up to and around £350 but if anyone thinks it's worth way over £400 and thus way over value because two or three people are looking for it then I'm not your man. Unless I'm way out of touch of course

Mystery Solved! A bit of detective work and a shuffle through the cardboard recycling and I've found the culprit.

It's the old Karma thing, besides it's an easy mistake to make... Not that I've ever done it before...cough...cough...ahem!

I had a 45 pop through the letterbox yesterday, Joe Phillips - Without You/Sweetheart Tree on Omen. Only thing is I didn't order it and the only clue as to the id of the sender is the postcode starting PL. It's obviously someone I've bought from before but I have no idea who, so if anyone is missing the above and wants it back drop me a line with your full postcode and house/flat number.

Looking for a clean copy in tip top condition of Barbara Lynn - I'm A Good Woman - Tribe. I bloody love this tune and have no idea why I don't own a copy. I'm not desperate so only looking to pay what it's worth. I swear there was one on here for sale a couple of weeks ago but I'm for the life of me I can't find it. If anyone can help then I'd be right chuffed. Cheers!

Cheers for that! I've seen two go in the past couple of months for £300, one from Dave Flynn so I'm holding out for that price. Dave's is up at £350 I believe.
