Next Newtown will be on the 19th October, start time 14.00 through till 20.00 along with the residents Paul, Blunny, Neil and myself will be Dean Mitchell who is currently running the R.M.I. and Mark (Chunks) Lawton who will be traveling from Wales. Both the guest dj's have fantastic record collections to play for your pleasure, as always only £3.00 o.t.d with plenty of parking unless you want a drink from the friendly bar staff which is reasonably priced and a large selection to choose from.

After a very busy one last month, this month we bring you not two but three fabulous dj's PAUL SHIRLEY, TONY MUNDAY AND IRV MILNE. Each one has something to offer Newtown that does not play the same old same old we like to keep the music varied yet still aimed at the floor. Along with the guests as always the residents are Paul ,Blunny, Neil and Jimmy and not forgetting young Ethan Munroe who will be starting the afternoon off. Don't forget it is only £3.00 o.t.d. The bar prices are very reasonable and there is plenty of parking space at the front and around the club.

Sunday the 15th June Newtown brings you John King and Roy Parr as the guest dj's playing for you the punters there selection of tunes along with the residents Paul, Blunny, Neil and Jimmy. The two guests are local lads really looking forward to being at Newtown so come along and give them your support. Same as always £3.00 o.t.d. great bar prices and loads of parking.

Sunday the 20th July, Newtown will be celebrating it's 10th anniversary along with Stuart and Lesley Knight Fradley's 50th wedding anniversary (two of the nicest people you could wish to meet). All proceeds from the day will be going to Happy Faces Children's Charity. As we are celebrating a double anniversary we will be starting at 13.00 through till 20.00 ish. Please come along and show your support everyone is welcome, you don't need to bring any presents for Stuart and Lesley as they say they have everything that they need after 50 years. If you have anything lying around that could go into the raffle it would be greatly received, the door charge will be a donation on the day, there will be a buffet that Stuart and Lesley are gratefully supplying. The Guest Dj's for the day are Denise Fulton, Paul Owen, Tony Brookes and Little George along with the Newtown regulars. Let's make this a fantastic day and raise as much as possible for the children at Happy Faces.

Sunday the 15th December, Newtown brings you Ian Wills, Alan Cain and Brian Rigby as the guest dj's playing for you the punters there selection of tunes along with the residents Paul, Blunny, Neil and Jimmy, this month will be in memory of Steve Whittle who was to become one of the residents at Newtown for a few years before he sadly passed away. Newtown Soul Club in September brings you two of the best young Dj's from Room At The Top in Manchester playing there selection of soul music Jordan Wilson and Conner White these two lads run a very busy soul club in Manchester which I have only heard good reports about along with Jordan and Conner will be Irv Milne from Aberdeen and the usual residents Paul, Neil, Blunny and myself. The club has a very large stocked cheap bar, large dance floor and ample parking space.
