El Pooks - I Could Do The Impossible / Trisha (Orivious) G+ to VG- $450 + postage (from Denmark) Very rare Pennsylvania double sider, one blistering deep funk dancer and more recently praised for the sweet soul side “Trisha”. Looks rough with lots of marks but plays fairly strong for the grade with no skips. A bit more crackle and noise on the “Trisha” side due to a quieter mix but cleans up during play. Can provide clips.

Sonlight - Ask The Lord / Let’s Help Them See The Light (Aspro) VG- £120 Instrumental gospel modern / jazz funk on the highly collectible Aspro label. Plays with light background noise, but music definitely overpowers. PM for clips. 4. The Occasional Five - Magic Sound / I Need You So (Berlos) EX £175 Gritty 60s dancer that’s been bubbling under for quite some time, now starting to get some attention. Decent ballad flip too. Seen listed at £250+, so grab a bargain?

A classic with no need for introduction, but some clearing up. G+ condition, the rarer vinyl not styrene issue. I’ve successfully DJed this out multiple times, but it does play with constant background noise and some groove wear in the more string-heavy parts. Can be EQ’d to sound good on the right system, and fine for at home listening I would say. A good placeholder ‘til a cleaner one comes around? Yours for £175
