Gene Woodbury - Thats Not Half Bad - Del Val - Northern Soul Floorfiller
ECBP was also recorded by the Casinos on Del-Val, and one should also note the version of TNHB being sold here is a different take to the one on the flipside of Gene's perennial, 'Ever Again'.

Earles Inc
I sold a near mint copy on here not long ago for £35: WIll keep my eye out for more copies if there is a buzz...what about their other tracks on the label, are they being picked up on as well yet?

2 Wants-Nathaniel Mayer & Frank Butler
And if you don't take Flanny's, I have a spare Frank Butler on JV within my sales pages: https://www.anorakscorner.com/SalesPage3.html The Flanny & Flynny show strike again!

"prince Charles" Pain
He's right, I do have an original Audiodisc 7" of it...spare. By the way Warren, I'm Flynny not Flanny...twins seperated by a mere letter, mind, yet seldom seen in the same room at the same time!

Gerry Dorsey 45 (Former Len Barry C/u)
Another probable UK recording as this is Johnny as in Frankie & Johnny, plus it is produced by Johnny Harris. The track is a great mid-tempo mover with big vocal and wooly guitar work...written and also recorded by Dan Folger. Gained a UK release as well, I believe?

Tamala Lewis Boot ?
Any chance of a scan, please?

Numpty-Style Query - Run-Off Matrix
...and originals have a raised stamp under the label, in that example You may enjoy the page on my site devoted to deadwax markings, Mark: https://www.anorakscorner.com/PressingPlantInfo.html

Instrumentals : Still Collecting Them In 2011
Another classic that seems to like siting on my sales shelves...rare demo copy aswell! Jazzy, Funky and Soulful!

Little Joe Hinton - I Wont Be Your Fool - Arvee - Demo Or Issue ?
I've also had plain white label test presses with hand-written credits only, of certain tracks on Arvee.
-
Diamond - (Label Of The Week)
I'm always amazed that the label positioning is always correct, considering the design...same goes for Back Beat, as you never see them waaaay off center or with obvious printing problems.

Johnny Mckinney (Magnetics) Rip
'I'll Keep Holding On'...perfect performance. RIP
-
Blinkin Heck
Didn't one go through eBay for £650-ish within the last week or so...was mentioned on here as well!?!
-
Four Reputation-Call On Me-Millage
D'ya know, this track ticks all the Northern Soul boxes without a doubt...yet it has never done anything for me...don't know why just doesn't! Ain't it great that we all like different things!?

Rodd Keith - How Many Versions With Same Backing Track?
Thanks Mick. The lyrics and vocal performance of, 'She Loves Like Crazy' are far superior. Guess it usually took Rodd three or four attempts to get the match up of backing track, lyrics and vocal performance to our liking!
