  1. Thought I'd resurrect this rather than start a new thread. Are these Italian copies reissues? (disco depositato / made in Italy /  tutti i diritti riservato) I was thinking yes, but stamped matrix MLCS 8469 22-2-73. Could the 22-2-73 be a stamped press date 22 Feb 1973? Fanciful I know but got me thinking (should have posted tomorrow, 46th anniversary!!) Gatefold sleeve, but thin card and glossy?

    Any info, thanks, Dean.

  6. Do an occasional spot for Steve Studge (not on here), with Banner (on here), in a Mansfield Sunday afternoon bar, that odd mix of interested and interesting scene people, local commercial / Motown enthusiasts, and not a clue how 'much is the beer' types. Many of the above have been experienced: Play some Motown (look at the label going round f*** wit); Have you got any Billy Joel (nope); Can you play something I like (what do you like) I don't know what it's called.

But my favourite: Can I sing with you? (What???) Can I sing with you? (You don't really understand this DJ thing do you?)

I didn't realise I had such a good mic voice!!!!

Bit of an odd one, looking for an original not the 70s boot. Am I right in thinking orig is styrene and boot is vinyl? I don't think there's much to tell between them apart from principles!

Its the instrumental I'm after so prefer that to be the clean side if that becomes an issue?

I usually like to offer a price but have no idea on this? Thanks, Dean
