November 3rd to 7th 2022 The Weekend starts on Thursday night a four night, three afternoon Three function rooms a Northern Soul & R&B // Motown & Club Classic room, and a Modern Room. chill-out lounges and bars around the hotel, a superb restaurant seating 350 people serving a large variety of foods including vegetarian and vegan options This weekend package price includes breakfast and evening meals. Why not take advantage of cheaper flights from Manchester and other regional airports by staying extra nights - in fact why not make it a week? The Merton Hotel closes for the season on Tuesday 8th November, but Fitzsoul has arranged a special deal with the 4 star harbour front hotel, The Pomme d’Or, to stay on the nights of the 8th and 9th November for just £89 per double room per night including breakfast. EasyJet flights from Manchester on Thursdays are currently only around £50 return (prices as of Feb 2022) but dont leave it too long as prices will rise. With two extra nights at the Pomme d’Or it still works out more cost effective than flying from other airports and guests would have two extra days in Jersey, allowing time to relax, do a bit of shopping, or the get a bus and explore the Island; the bus station is only a 3 min walk from the Hotel.     At the Mayfair the Northern Soul and Motown Weekend , Sunday we always have fancy-dress which is optional , this year it's going to be a Halloween theme so get your scary costumes and lets make it a night to remember , for those who just want weekend passes you can buy them at the Mayfair in the reception area from Elaine £30 for the whole weekend (the very last weekend at the Mayfair) so get yourself down there, see you next week over the water.

    We are just back from Jersey , we will be here at the Festival this Sunday for a great afternoon/ evening of Soul , and then back to Jersey for the last Northern Soul Weekender at the Mayfair, but not the last one in Jersey , watch his space,

    Just another reminder that this month it's not the last Sunday 31st it's the Sunday before on the 24th October, with a great Dj line up The Festival always have a kids Halloween party on the last Sunday in October, and this year we will be in Jersey on the last Sunday for the last Northern Soul and Motown Weekender at the Mayfair Hotel after 12 years , there is still a few places left if you want to book www.fitzsoul.co.uk , the return of the Yockster all the way from Barnsley so along with myself Sam Moore and Rob Smith we are in for a great day out.
