    Just heard the new Rumer track 'Dangerous' ...it has all the hallmarks of a mid 70s Modern record:

     

     

    Im not saying it is soulful or anything like that just posting for the interest  :thumbsup:

    How on Christs earth did this ever get a release, astoundingly, hilariously bad....the competent backing and b singers add to the fun ;) 

     

    Great shout, had to listen to it all three times and may go back to it when I'm feeling down.

    R.I.P. Joe Sample. Another legend has left us..

    At 9:50pm (Houston,TX time), September 12, 2014, Joe Sample passed.

     

    His wife Yolanda and his son Nicklas would like to thank all of you, his fans and friends, for your prayers and support during this trying time.

     

    Please know that Joe was aware and very appreciative of all of your prayers, comments, letters/cards and well wishes.
     

    The last allnighter at the casino was on Friday 4th December 1981. I wrote it down in my photograph album at the time. I heard by word of mouth but I know alot people at the time probably heard from Black Echoes. I do believe though that the last night should have ended in September (End of an Era) when everybody had brought tickets expecting it to be the last one.

     

    I mentioned in that In The Club thing I did that I was sure that there was meant to be another Final night lined up...but I couldn't/can't remember the details.
