"SOUL SAM" at 'Caliente' Peterborough - Fri 1st June We are celebrating in style at the 3rd Anniversary of Northern Soul being played at 'Club Caliente', Peterborough. Friday 1st June sees the return to Peterborough of not just one DJ legend but four! DJ'ing legends Kev Draper, Carl Fortnum and Gary Spencer ('Spena') join main guest "Soul Sam" for a mix of soul from the 60's through the 70's & 80's and beyond. "Soul Sam", has championed both the northern soul and modern soul scenes for several decades and is well loved and respected world wide. Collectively the four DJs appearing on the night are credited with unearthing some of the greatest and rarest soul records ever played on the scene. A night not to be missed. Entry is just £2 otd (yes, just two pounds!) and the evening runs from 8pm to 2am (doors open 7pm for early birds wanting bar & food or to reserve a table).
