i really liked your site and would love to talk to you about the Northern scene. Were making a series for Channel 4 about UK soul and one of the programmes is focused on Northern Soul in the 70s and the its heyday at the Wigan Casino. We are particularly looking for great women to talk to so I wonder if you were Wigan regulars or if not perhaps you know other women who would be willing to help us with our research. Were keen to talk to soul boys too - so if you know any lively blokes who were around back in the day - please put me in touch with them too!
