Just another quick line to let everyone know that we have just confirmed 3 nights at the large Plinston Hal in Letchworth, Herts for evenings of Rare Soul, spanning all eras with the focus on current monsters, forgotten oldies/6Ts Newies, class crossover/modern goodies and a dollop of rocking R&B to get even the most jaded palette salavating!!!!!!
Regular DJs Hammy (Kempston Rovers); Fingers (Turntable Records); Taffy (local Godfather) and TheBigO (Collector/dancer)/Ab (Top man) will be joined by top guest DJs T.B.C.
Doors open 8pm-2am and entry will be £5 ticket (available from the box office) or £6 OTD.
Dates booked are:
Friday 6th September 2002
Friday 1st November 2002
Friday 10th January 2003
The main hall is HUGE and there is a late bar (and no stupid prices!) and the option of 3 other club rooms which will lead (we hope) to seperate Modern; R&B and Conisseurs rooms in time.
Full details will be posted soon along with pics of the venue etc, our own dedicated web site, email address, flyers etc etc. You get the idea!
Best of all we intend to work with other promoters here in the South (Gorgous Nick Brown, slightly doddgy haired Matt @ Dome to name but 2) to never clash and never submit doddgy articles saying how great we are above everyone else!!!!! (Hmmmmmm!)
This is gonna be a great night and hopefully a great venue but we need your support. If you want to join or learn more drop us a line at:
nh6tsmafia@aol.com
Look forward to hearing from you and until we post again...Keep the faith brothers&sisters!
