"Soul on The Reef" continues to grow and go from strength to strength we return for our Sixth event in November 2024
Soul on The Reef are pleased to confirm their partnership with The Taylor Group, owners of The Irish Oak, McGregor's Bar and The Garrison
Music will be played in both The Irish Oak and The Garrison
With the outstanding success of the Modern Room we will again return to the Garrison Bar
The Irish Oak has had a total refurb with new state of the art sound systems being installed in both the Irish Oak & The Garrison.
DJ's from across the UK,  Gran Canaria and Europe providing all lovers of Soul with the music they want to hear.
Lunchtime Chill Out sessions from 1:00pm till 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday sessions in The Garrison, returning to the Irish Oak Monday through to Thursday.
Our traditional "Ladies Day" gets better each event this will held in the Irish Oak on Tuesday 5th November, the music chosen and played by our lady DJ's.

No wristband required, no politics, just great music with like minded people

The Weekend starts on Thursday night a four-night four afternoon event over three function rooms,
Northern Soul & R&B // Motown & Club Classic room, and a Modern Room. chill-out lounges and bars around the hotel, a superb restaurant seating 350 people serving a large variety of foods including vegetarian and vegan options
This weekend package price includes bed breakfast and evening meals, entrance to all three function rooms and bars.   
The Merton has an indoor fully heated Aqua dome with Spa Pools, Sauna and Steam Room, there is a fully equipped gym on site. Everything to make it a fantastic weekend!
The main weekender package is for four nights (Thursday to Monday) with the added flexibility of staying for additional nights either on the Wednesday night before and or the Monday night after the weekend, Guests will also have the option of a three-night weekender (Friday to Monday)
Dj line up for the weekend The Man Himself / Yocky / Jools Metcalf / Rob Yates / Barry Cooper / Jim D / Sam Moore / Mick J / Fitzy / Lawrence Grimshaw / Daz and Foggy /  plus open box sessions every afternoon
