Peterborough’s finest Northern Soul/Tamla Motown/Soul covers band bring their stunning live show to March United Services Club. A fabulous evening of Floor Filling, Hand Clapping, Foot Stomping, Pulse Racing live entertainment. £10 non members and £8 for members. Supported by Rob Gair who’ll be spinning some Northern Soul and Soul favourites on vinyl. Cracking venue and a huge dance floor, a night not to be missed.

This event is our first Sunday afternoon 'Chill Out' soul session of 2022 and is held at the Lamb Inn, Ashby de la Zouch. This is our 5th year playing in Ashby and 3rd year at the Lamb Inn which, as a venue, we're really pleased to have. The venue has a relatively spacious room for our regular numbers, a dance floor, an amazing sound system and we have excellent support from the management team at the Lamb Inn.
If you have attended previous events you will know what to expect and how seriously good the music and atmosphere are. If you missed them for some reason or are a new member, you should try and make one of the events this year, they are a must for all lovers of soul music.

We're very pleased to announce that Color One Tear Black has found a new monthly home at The Paradise, in Kensal Green, NW10. Running on the second Sunday of every month, we kick off on Sunday 13th February, and will be playing 45s from 4pm to 11pm in the rather lovely ground-floor main bar.

Our guest on the 13th is Steven 'Mr Fish' Clancy, who many of you will know for his deep, eclectic selections and sales lists. Steven will be joining COTB residents Claire Kalvis, Jim Edwards and David Hill.

Set up in February 2016 by Thierry Cochet, AKA Dr. Kruger (NTS), Color One Tear Black celebrates group harmony, sweet and deep soul music, played on original issue 45s by resident DJs Claire Kalvis, Jim Edwards, Dr. Kruger, David Hill and guests.

We hope to see you on the 13th – the COTB crew.
