The Weekend starts on Thursday night a four-night, four afternoon Three function rooms a Northern Soul & R&B // Motown & Club Classic room, and a Modern Room. chill-out lounges and bars around the hotel, a superb restaurant seating 350 people serving a large variety of foods including vegetarian and vegan options
This weekend price includes breakfast and evening meals. The Merton has an indoor fully heated Aqua dome with Spa Pools, Sauna and Steam Room, there is a fully equipped gym on site. Everything to make it a fantastic weekend!
The main weekender is for four nights (Thursday to Monday) with the added flexibility of staying for additional nights, either on the Wednesday night before and / or the Monday night after the weekend. Guests will also have the option of a three-night weekender (Friday to Monday or Thursday to Sunday)

Back by public demand 🙂 we are very pleased to confirm that there will be a second edition of the Berlin Breakaway Soul weekender, which again will take place in the very stylish venue ‚Haus Ungarn‘ in the very center of Berlin (next to Alexanderplatz and TV-tower).
This years soul DJs line-up: Björn Jaspersen (Bonn), Ingrid Elliot (Stockholm), Leo Ernst (München), Michael Wink (Würzburg), Alan Watson (Dundee), Yann Vatiste (London) plus our residents Austin Martin, DJ Jones & Dirty DJane. Your hosts on the reggae, ska, rocksteady floor: Annie O’Seven (Würzburg), Mario Montgomery (Berlin), BossK, Randy Dandy & Blackbird (Carib Crew Berlin).
The Saturdays’ soul alldayer will take place at Linie1 / Tommy-Weisbecker-Haus, Wilhelmstr. 9, 10963 Berlin (Linie1), which is well connected by public transport [(tube U1/U6 to ‘Hallesches Tor’, U7 to ‘Möckernbrücke’ or suburban railways S1, S2, and S25 to ‘Anhalter Bahnhof’) and there is also a direct bus line (no. 248, destination ‘Südkreuz’, get off at ‘Franz-Klühs-Str.’) which will bring you from Alexanderplatz to this extraordinary venue in about 10 min.] We will have an open decks session running from 2 pm to 7 pm with DJs changing every 30 min. If you would like to take over the turntables yourself for one of these slots please let us know (PM or e-mail) asap.
You can now order your tickets for the weekend – a weekend ticket is 35 €, a ticket only for Friday or Saturday is 19 €. Once again, the first 50 weekend tickets come with a limited breakaway-2025 batch.
