We are thrilled with our Ritzy nights this Summer, and to crown it all we have two legends playing for us on an August Thursday night - VAL PALMER and IVOR JONES ❤️❤️.
Looking forward to seeing you all, drinks on the balcony and dancing til midnight, what could be better.

SOUL AT THE RITZY is a monthly, sociable fun loving across-the-board soul night held in a brilliant venue – the club room at the top of the iconic Ritzy cinema in Brixton, London, just minutes from the tube station.
Music policy is 60s/70s soul, OVO of course.  It is neither a trainspotter's party or an oldies night. 
Your hosts JAKE LINGWOOD, DONNA DRISCOLL, and LISA HURLEY make sure each night packs a punch – and we bring you brilliant guests each month, as well as playing ourselves.
The sound system is top notch, and the venue has another ace up its sleeve – a large balcony overlooking Brixton’s Windrush Square.  It’s a brilliant venue and we’re thrilled/very lucky to have it.
We're now in our fourth fantastic year, and we’re really excited to have booked up a whole calendar of events for 2025.  (See attached flier)
Regular Thursday nights run from 7pm until midnight and are FREE.  And this year we're really excited to have four Saturday night specials which will run 8pm-2am and will be ticketed.
